7. ห้ามใช้ภาพนู้ด หรือภาพโปรโมทของเบสในการรับงาน (ต้องวาดตัวอย่างของคุณเอง) ถ้าต้องการวาดฟรีเพื่อหาตัวอย่างงาน สามารถใช้ภาพโปรโมทของเบสได้

【การดัดแปลง】 • แก้ไขได้ และยอมรับการดัดแปลงเยอะๆ • ❌ ห้าม นำเทมเพลตไปดัดแปลง แล้วนำมาตั้งขายเป็นเทมเพลตของตัวเองเด็ดขาด • ❌ ห้าม ดัดแปลงเทมเพลตทั่วไปให้กลายเป็นงานเรท 18+ (NSFW) • สามารถนำไปต่อประกบกับเทมเพลต HF อื่นๆ ได้อิสระ

【การสั่งพิมพ์ (Physical Printing)】 • ❌ ห้าม สั่งพิมพ์เป็นสินค้าเชิงพาณิชย์/แสวงหาผลกำไรโดยเด็ดขาด • ต้องการขอสิทธิ์พิมพ์แบบ "ไม่แสวงหากำไร (Non-profit)" สามารถทำได้โดยคิดราคา = ราคาคอมมิชชัน 1 รูป x 2.5 (โดยผู้วาดต้องแบ่งจ่ายเป็นค่าสิทธิ์ให้ผู้สร้างเทมเพลตเท่ากับ 1 เท่าของราคาคอมมิชชัน)

Additional Q&A About Receiving Commissions

1. Credit must be given to "HF Brand"

5. Print for personal use only, up to 5 copies.
6. Livestreaming / Video / Setting a profile picture or creating stickers is allowed. However, if you use them for printing (Physical Print) or other activities related to earning income, such as donations, gifts, or ranks, it is not permitted.
7. Do not use nude images or promotional images of the base in your work (you must create your own examples). If you wish to create free work for samples, you may use the promotional images of the base.
8. Can be modified, but must not be claimed as your own work and must still credit the template. Modifications that could damage the template, such as creating pornographic designs, are not permitted.
9. If you publish fan art publicly, you must include a watermark on the image (example).
10. The file has a storage duration. The buyer is responsible for backing up the file. If the file is lost, it will not be resubmitted.
11. Do not distribute, sell, forward, seek, impersonate, copy, trace, or modify the work for sale.
12. Do not use with NFTs or AI systems.
13. No refunds under any circumstances.

【File Rules】 • ❌ Do not share original template files with others. • If you need to send work files (PSD/MDP) to clients , you must merge all layers or delete any template layers that have been drawn over or obscured before sending to prevent the base file from being leaked.

【Modifications】 • Modifications are allowed and encouraged. • ❌ Do not modify the template and sell it as your own template under any circumstances. • ❌ Do not modify the general template into adult-rated content (NSFW). • You are free to combine this template with other HF templates.

【Physical Printing】 • ❌ Strictly prohibited from printing for commercial purposes/profit-seeking activities. • To request "Non-profit" printing rights, the price is calculated as: Commission rate per image x 2.5 (the artist must split the payment, with 1x the commission rate going to the template creator as a royalty).

When we want to order products using a drawing (such as keychains, standies, or plush toys), factories often set a "minimum production quantity," such as requiring an order of 50 pieces or 100 pieces or more. Even though the cost price is low, one person probably wouldn't want to keep 50 of the same keychains. So, they posted in a community to find people to share the production cost with, based on the actual cost (factory production cost + shipping). Anyone who wanted one could sign up and pay. Once the items arrived, they were distributed to everyone who participated.

You can order 1-5 pieces for yourself to use as a desk decoration or to give to close friends and family. ➡ No additional charge
